At Solar Balls, we want you to shine in your new gear, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer 30-day hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
